WakeMed Executive Pandora Holloway Appointed to Garner Chamber Board
Garner Resident to Fill Out Board Term
GARNER, NC, May 08, 2010 /Nonprofit PR News/ -- The Garner Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that Pandora Holloway, MBA, CHC, CIA, chief compliance officer for WakeMed Health & Hospitals, has joined its Board of Directors. Holloway's appointment fills the board seat vacated by Linda McLamb following her retirement from First Citizens Bank.
A proud graduate of Meredith College, Holloway has been with WakeMed for over 25 years. Having earned accreditations for Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and Certified in Internal Audit (CIA), she also earned an MBA degree in 2005 from Pfeiffer University. Holloway has also served on the Board of Directors for Freedom Federal Credit Union from 1991 to 2001 and was secretary of the Garner Educational Foundation from 1996 to 2006.
"I'm happy to say I've lived in Garner since 1981 and have raised two kids here," said Holloway. "I've been active in Garner schools and extracurricular activities, and look forward to serving the business community through my appointment to the Chamber Board."
