As the president and CEO of Land of Lincoln Goodwill Industries, Inc., she oversees all of the operations of the organization, including retail stores, various career development and job training programs and supervision of over 200 employees. Ms. Durbin attributes her success to life experience and became involved in her profession through her passion to help others.
Ms. Durbin received a master's of science in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University in 2006. Ms. Durbin is a member of The Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce and volunteers her services to local charities. Ms. Durbin plans to continue her professional growth through ongoing educational programs.
