Jo Gruber Hagen is the recipient of a $5,000 scholarship to college for vocal music
BEVERLY HILLS, FL, June 03, 2010 /Nonprofit PR News/ -- Jo Gruber Hagen, BA, MS, Music Minister for Shepherd of the Hills Episcopal Church, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in religious services.
Through her interest and educational background in music, Ms. Hagen applies 20 years of experience to efficiently serve as the music minister for Shepherd of the Hills Episcopal Church. Specializing in music ministry, she takes responsibility in choosing and rehearsing hymns, directing the choir and ensuring payment for composers through CCLI and purchasing anthems for the services.
Ms. Hagen received her Master's Degree in Floral Design from FTD Academy in 1989 and her Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Music, with a minor in Foreign Language, in 1954. Proficient in five languages, English, Spanish, French, Italian and German, she attributes her success to her tenacity, education and goal-oriented nature.
