NEW YORK, NY, June 02, 2010 /Nonprofit PR News/ -- Todd I. Nahins, Esq., Partner of Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler, Nahins and Goidel, P.C., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in legal services.
Longing to become an attorney since he was a child, Mr. Nahins is currently a partner of a New York law firm. With 31 years of experience in the field, he specializes in landlord and tenant litigation. His responsibilities entail managing attorneys and representing landlords in real estate litigation. He also provides continuing education in his field for fellow attorneys and judges, and offers his exceptional skills in the field of litigation, administration and transaction. Due to his palpable expertise in law, he has been requested by New York State to speak at the Judicial Seminar on landlord tenant issues.
Mr. Nahins received his JD from Western New England College School of Law in 1977 and a Real Estate Broker's License. A member of the New York State Bar Association, he is admitted to practice before New York courts and the Southern Eastern District Federal Court. He offers pro bono work for continuing legal education and has attained an award from the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Through his hard work, diligent preparation and client service skills, he has arrived at where he is today. In the future, he intends to continue maintaining an active and expanding practice, and remain current with the ever changing real estate law.
