Ball has been accepted among the ranks of leading professionals with Stanford Who's Who as a result of her exceptional effort in the Healthcare Industry. As Program Director for Operation PAR Inc., as well as throughout her incredible 20 years of experience, Eileen has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Incorporated in 1970, Operation PAR Inc. is a nonprofit organization which provides integrated addiction and mental health services at its various sites in Broward, Pinellas, Pasco, Lee and Manatee counties. Their mission is to strengthen their communities by caring for families and individuals impacted by substance abuse and mental illness. Operations PAR's Board of Directors includes volunteers from a broad spectrum of the community including health care professionals, business people, educators, lawyers, bankers and realtors.
Eileen is responsible for ensuring that the program is run effectively. She is incredible passionate about helping those in need as well as their families in achieving the finest quality of life possible. Eileen is a member of the Families Against Addictive Drug Abuse and AATDD.
