Early Financial Literacy set by American Hope Charities
May 06, 2011 /Nonprofit PR News/ -- American Hope Charities (AHC), a Bellflower, California research-based charitable organization, is kicking off its Microenterprises, and Early Financial Literacy Program with a star-studded Breakfast on Saturday, June 25, 2011, in honor of its keynote speaker, Dr. Alex Mitala of the Back to the Bible School (BBT) in Uganda, East Africa.
AHC will bring together a group of federal and California state government and business leaders including, among others, State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Torlakson, Vice President Universal Studios Steven D. Williams, Vice President Wells Fargo Bank Bellflower Madai Marmolejo, to discuss early financial literacy in Bellflower and Lakewood. AHC further intends to track these financial and social impacts through documentary films which will be shown world-wide.
