Batchelor Jr. has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his remarkable professional career. As President of the Industrial Development Authority of Winston County, Alabama, Inc., as well as throughout his brilliant career, Grady has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

Established in 2001, the Industrial Development Authority of Winston County, Alabama, Inc. is a non-profit corporation established to engage in economic development activities geared to retain existing industries, recruit new and more diverse industries, and assist existing industries with expansion and development.

Mr. Batchelor is a Certified Management Consultant who possesses extensive expertise in community and economic development. During his collegiate career, he earned a Doctorate degree in Organizational Development and Change from Colorado Technical University. Grady is a member of the International Economic Development Counsel, Economic Development Association of Alabama, and the Academy of Management.
