LOS ALTOS, CA, August 19, 2011 /Nonprofit PR News/ -- Linda Newton, Principal of Linda Newton & Associates, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in business consulting services.
For the past 12 years, Ms. Newton has provided small companies and nonprofit organizations with project management, team building workshops, and strategic facilitation and management services through her consultancy, Linda Newton & Associates. As its principal, she oversees all aspects of the business and ensures its smooth operation. Prior to starting her company, Ms. Newton worked in the interior design industry. She collaborated with management teams to build facilities to meet the needs of their inhabitants, and offered strategic planning and workshops on effective teaming. For her achievements, she was named a fellow of the American Society of Interior Designers.
Outside of Linda Newton & Associates, Ms. Newton is pursuing a bachelor's degree in business management, with a concentration in human resources, from Menlo College. She also holds an adjunct instructor position at West Valley College in Saratoga, Calif., which honored her with a communications competence award. In recognition of her passion for her profession and accomplishments, she has been named a VIP member by Cambridge Who's Who.
