Sharon E. Boyce has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her remarkable professional career.
BURNABY, BC, CANADA, September 9, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Sharon E. Boyce has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her remarkable professional career. As an Executive Assistant with Encorp Pacific (Canada), as well as throughout her brilliant career, Sharon has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Encorp Pacific (Canada) is a federally incorporated, nonprofit, product stewardship corporation that specializes in beverage container management. Their mandate is to develop, manage and improve systems to recover used packaging and end-of-life products from consumers and ensure that they are properly recycled and not land-filled or incinerated.
Sharon acts as the corporate secretary by preparing board packages, resources, information and communications link between the Board and management. She files all corporate documentation on an annual basis and ensures legal requirements are met. Sharon also sets up board meetings, committee meetings and conferences. In addition, she provides direct administrative support on executive projects and presentations as well as strategic documents and presentations.
During her collegiate career, Sharon earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration from the University of Calgary. She is the Founding Director of the Steveston 284 Seniors' Housing Society, which is currently overseeing construction and management of a 144 unit seniors' independent living facility. Sharon also sits on the Executive Board for the Richmond Poppy Fund which directs the contributions received during the annual Poppy Campaign to support veterans and their dependents in need.
