Jane Louise Gunningham Honored for Excellence in Nonprofit Services
Jane Gunningham's work furthers the mission of a leading humanitarian organization
MOUNTLAKE TERRACE, WA, January 6, 2012 /Nonprofit PR News/ -- Jane Louise Gunningham, Regional Adviser for Innovation for World Concern, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in nonprofit services.
Ms. Gunningham lived overseas as a child, an experience that broadened her perspective and made her appreciate her quality of life. In order to give back, she has devoted her career to the nonprofit sector with her work for World Concern, a humanitarian organization that provides disaster relief and community development to the impoverished in Africa, Asia and the Americas. Ms. Gunningham serves as a regional adviser for innovation, a role which entails developing the best possible practices and building relationships to further the organization's mission. She attributes her success to her love for what she does.
A graduate of Seattle Pacific University, Ms. Gunningham holds a Bachelor of Arts in European studies. She plans to pursue more mentoring opportunities in the future and become an entrepreneur. When not working, Ms. Gunningham enjoys cooking, writing, drawing and traveling.
